Buy a Friends Book Bag and stuff it full for $25!
The Friends of the Upton Library is a non-profit organization established to encourage, promote and enrich the use of the resources of the Upton Library. Specifically, the Friends: *promote literacy and the joy of reading in the community
*raise money for items and programs not covered in the library budget
*promote community awareness of library materials, services, and programs
*offer programs which enhance the cultural life of the community
*inform the community of issues facing the library
The Upton Town Library enriches the lives or thousands of residents through literature, information, and the arts. The Library depends on the support of the community to enhance its range of programming; from adding more curriculum-based books for our student population to museum passes for families and individuals. Contributions from Friends like you make these programs possible.
Be a Friend! Your contribution helps support programs such as the Museum Passes and Special Events for children and adults. Please help support our library with a generous gift to the Friends of the Upton Library.
If you are interested in joining the Friends: *Membership forms are available at the Circulation Desk at the Library.
*Friends meetings are held monthly, on the first Wednesday, at 7:00pm at the library.
